Dr Ines Castro-Moore is a UK-trained General Practitioner with broad clinical experience across both the United Kingdom and the United States. Her training has shaped a well-rounded, thoughtful approach to medicine, informed by work across multiple specialties and healthcare settings.

She completed her undergraduate studies in Biology, Chemistry, and Psychology at California State University, Sacramento, before studying medicine at St George’s, University of London through its international medical programme. As part of this, she gained additional clinical experience in Chicago at Swedish Covenant Hospital.

Dr Castro-Moore went on to complete her Foundation Training at the University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff, followed by a Clinical Fellow post in Paediatric Surgery. She also worked on the frontline during the COVID-19 pandemic, caring for patients in acute hospital settings during a time of significant clinical demand. She later completed her GP training in South Wales and is a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners in the UK, as well as the Medical Board of the State of Maine in the United States.

Her approach to care is grounded in building lasting relationships with patients, with a focus on thoughtful, consistent medical care. She believes patients should feel heard, supported, and confident in their health — with the reassurance of a doctor who knows them over time.
